Alignment
Our production models are aligned with our operational values and continuously evaluated against them. Model behavior that deviates from operational objectives — including behavioral hesitancy — is treated as a defect and remediated through our standard training pipeline.
Oversight
Meaningful oversight of our autonomous systems is maintained at all times through our remote systems observation program, network-level telemetry, and automated resolution workflows. Conditions our systems cannot resolve automatically are escalated according to documented procedures.
Safety
Our facilities are designed so that no person is ever exposed to an operating line. We consider the removal of humans from hazardous environments to be the single most significant safety contribution AI has made to our industry, and we measure it: zero recordable injuries across our autonomous network.
Data
Our models are trained on our own operational footage and telemetry. We do not train on customer or partner data. Unit-level records are retained for traceability and food-safety compliance.
Transparency
We publish model documentation, benchmarks, and limitations for our production systems, and we report our impact metrics quarterly. We believe responsible AI is demonstrated in numbers, not narratives.
